Targeted Campaigns
Accord Marketing offers a targeted campaign package whereby a marketing letter can be developed and created with you highlighting your specialism etc. The letters can be sent out from our offices here in Tiverton to your prospective clients and then followed up by the team here.

This of course takes away the headache and struggle from you allowing you to focus your energies on what you do best.
Some of our clients, however, prefer to send out the mail shot themselves which of course is perfectly fine.

In our experience a targeted mail shot is more effective in producing quality appointments (around 20%) than a general campaign (around 3%) because normally a higher sign up rate is achievable.

The package will include any guidance where necessary and a monthly progress report.

The targeted campaign has proved extremely time efficient and cost effective with existing clients and the results have been outstanding.

Cold Call Campaigns
We can offer a cold call campaign in order to arrange meetings on your behalf in your identified area and to your targeted company profile.

On a Cold Call Campaign the number of meetings achieved traditionally is around 3%.

Consultancy
We offer an afternoon consultation, whereby a senior sales executive would travel to your office on a day suitable to yourselves and take you through sales techniques that can be specifically tailored to your needs.

The consultation would be approximately 3 hours in length and cover all the aspects of your Direct Marketing campaign, from sourcing the data and the calls we make to what you can expect when you go to the appointments and the follow up procedures.

We know that the more you understand about how the process works the more confident you will be when attending appointments, which in turn results in a much higher conversion rate.

There will also be a question and answer period at the end of the consultation.
