It is just coming up to a year ago that we joined up with John, and I must say I had my doubts as to whether it was going to work or not. I had had two previous arrangements, neither of which had produced a single appointment! However, John came to me highly recommended, so we went ahead.
There were a few settling down issues, but once these had been resolved things started to work more smoothly. Good quality appointments started to flow, an average of two a week and I started to convert them. Due to my sacking our largest client, I asked John to “turn up the tap” as we would need a lot more work to replace it, and as requested the appointments went up to three per week. The large client requested that we continue to act for them, and I agreed, but we kept up the new appointment ratio. Not only is John maintaining that new ratio, the quality generally is excellent, and he regularly gets me in front of business with £1M to £4M turnover!
I consider the relationship with Accord as a profitable “partnership”, with John as part of our team, and look forward to working with him on an ongoing basis for years to come

I’ve been meaning to drop you a short line just to say thanks to you and everyone at Accord for your help and support in our recent marketing campaign. We’ve used a number of telemarketing firms over the years to assist in our marketing activities and Accord have proved to be the most professional, productive and cost-effective by far, as well as being thoroughly nice people to deal with.
From the outset we found the campaign to be hassle free, thanks to the good communication between you and us and the fact that nothing seems to be too much trouble as far as you are concerned. We have felt supported throughout, almost like you were working alongside us in our own office rather than a different part of the country.
The leads have been consistent with our requirements and, in virtually every case, I’ve received a warm welcome, clearly fostered by the style of the conversation between you and the target. I’ve deliberately asked for feedback on the telephone approach and it has been nothing but good, with a seamless fit into our own firm.
As a two partner firm it is vital for us that marketing campaigns are time and cost-effective and you have managed this to a tee. Coordinating diaries has always been a problem in the past but this went without a hitch.
Results-wise we are still pulling in the leads but the campaign will have comfortably paid for itself inside the first year with all that repeat business to come!

About 10 months ago I decided to embark along a telesales route to expand our already successful practice. At an accountancy seminar I attended I was advised to contact John at Accord. I had already been in touch with other similar organisations however after speaking with John for less than 2 minutes I instinctively knew that Accord suited my requirements.
Contacts were signed and now 10 months on I can, without doubt, say it was the best decision I have ever made.
